At 1247 AM CDT, NWS meteorologists were tracking a narrow band of snow moving southeastward at about 25 mph. HAZARD...Visibility below one half of a mile and quick accumulations of snow on roadways. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...The combination of localized low visibility and quick accumulations on roadways will lead to localized hazardous travel conditions. Locations impacted include... Aurora, Rockford, Joliet, Naperville, Elgin, Gary, Bolingbrook, Orland Park, Tinley Park, Romeoville, Plainfield, Merrillville, St. Charles, Woodridge, Valparaiso, Chicago Heights, Schererville, Hobart, Crown Point, West Chicago, Batavia, Belvidere, Lockport, New Lenox, and Homer Glen.
Instruction:
