Description:
At 509 PM EST, a strong thunderstorm was over Athens-Clarke County,
or over Athens, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Up to 40 mph wind, pea sized hail and frequent cloud to
ground lightning.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around of
light, unsecured objects.

Watkinsville, Lexington, Athens, Comer, Winterville, Crawford,
Colbert, Arnoldsville, Hull, Athens-Clarke County, Whitehall,
Westgate Park, James Holland Youth Sports Cmpx, Smithonia, Beechwood
Hills, Sandy Creek Recreation Area, Oconee Heights, Barretts Mill,
Dunlap, and State Botanical Garden Of Ga.
