Description: 
At 324 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 10 miles northeast of Inverness to near Hudson. Movement was east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Saint Leo, Belleair Bluffs, Palm Harbor, South Tampa, Lake Lindsey, New Port Richey East, Shady Hills, Sawgrass Lake Park, Lake Panasoffkee, Belleair Beach, St. Leo, Sumterville, South Brooksville, Bushnell, Weeki Wachee, Tampa Executive Airport, Gospel Island, Floral City, Downtown Saint Petersburg, and Zephyrhills South.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio stations and available television stations for additional information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT for central and west central Florida.
