Description:
Patchy fog, locally dense at times, will continue across Northern
New Castle County Delaware and parts of the western and northern
suburbs of Philadelphia until about midnight. Visibilities at times
will be less than one-quarter of a mile. Use caution when
travelingby reducing your speed and following at a greater
distance.
