Description:
For parts of New York City, parts of interior Southwest
Connecticut and parts of the Lower Hudson Valley, locally dense
fog is expected this morning with visibilities reduced to near a
quarter to half mile.
Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibilities
and should use caution if traveling. Slow down, use your low beam
headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
