Description:
At 954 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Brewster to near
Greenwich to Midtown Manhattan. Movement was east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Jersey City, Yonkers, Bridgeport, New Haven, Stamford, Waterbury,
Norwalk, Danbury, New Rochelle, Flushing, White Plains, Mott Haven,
Milford, Hoboken, and East Tremont.
Instruction:
