Description:
At 914 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Crumrod, or near White River National Wildlife Refuge, moving
northeast at 60 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Clarksdale, Elaine, Helena-West Helena, Jonestown, Friars Point,
Kings, Sherard, Crumrod, Lake View, Coahoma, Lula, Mosby Spur,
Ferguson, Wabash, Rudyard, Moon, Modoc, Preston Place, Hoop Spur, and
Westover.
