At 144 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near White River National Wildlife Refuge, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Elaine, White River National Wildlife Refuge, Crumrod, Sherard, Lake View, Mellwood, Rena Lara, Mosby Spur, Ferguson, Wabash, Bobo, Modoc, Green Grove, Hillhouse, Hoop Spur, Lambrook, Catron, Ratio, Lundell, and Ewal.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for northwestern Mississippi.
