At 226 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Fern to 6 miles west of Ozark to 2 miles east of Fort Chaffee. Movement was northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations in or near the path include... Jethro... Cass... Charleston... Bidville... Branch... Locke... Turners Bend... Vesta... Cecil... Lonelm... Altus... Denning... Etna... Alix... Barnes... Redding... Washburn... Watalula... Meg... Piney... This includes Interstate 40 in Arkansas between mile markers 23 and 42.
