Description: 
At 412 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles south of Slocomb to 12 miles northwest of Vernon. Movement was east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Chipley, Graceville, Bonifay, Marianna, Bradford, Malone, Cottondale, Greenwood, Ponce De Leon, Alford, Caryville, Wausau, Esto, Westville, Campbellton, Noma, Black, Whitehead Crossroads, Cerrogordo, and Gritney.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio stations and available television stations for additional information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 AM CDT for southeastern Alabama...and the Panhandle of Florida.
