Description:
At 320 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Newton, or near Ozark, moving north at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Abbeville, Headland, Ozark, Fort Rucker, Midland City, Newton,
Pinckard, Kinsey, Grimes, Newville, Napier Field, Bells Crossroads,
Hunt Field, Waterford, Dill, Kirkland Crossroads, Mabson, Arguta,
Snells Crossroads, and Ewell.
