At 145 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southwest of Scottsville, moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Scottsville, Fleet, Rodemer, Oak Forest, Maynard, Walnut Hill, Mount
Zion, Petroleum, Alonzo, and Chapel Hill.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 500 PM CST for
south central Kentucky.
