Description:
At 220 PM EST/120 PM CST/, Doppler radar was tracking strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles east of Hodgenville
to near Three Springs. Movement was east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Hodgenville, Greensburg, Monroe, Loretto, Raywick, Burkes Spring,
Boundary Oak, Dant, Lobb, and White Rose.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 600 PM EST/500 PM
CST/ for central Kentucky.
