Description:
At 1157 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 8 miles south of Weir to near Elkton to Fort
Campbell. Movement was east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Russellville, Anderson, Lewisburg, Insco, Gordonsville, Spa, Epleys,
Dennis, Wolf Lick, and Crossroad.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 500 PM CST for
south central Kentucky.
