Description: 
At 818 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Rising Star, or 21 miles south of Cisco, moving northeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. This strong thunderstorm will be near... Rising Star around 825 AM CST. Other locations impacted by this storm include Pleasant Hill, Pioneer, Sipe Springs, Sabanno, Carbon, Okra, Duster, and Nimrod. This includes Interstate 20 near mile marker 332.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
