HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Columbus, Shelbyville, Greenfield, New Castle, Greensburg, Rushville, Adams, Edinburgh, Knightstown, Hope, New Palestine, Flat Rock, Milford, Westport, Geneva, Morristown, St. Paul, Carthage, Spiceland, and Elizabethtown. This includes the following highways... Interstate 65 between mile markers 56 and 86. Interstate 70 between mile markers 117 and 133. Interstate 74 between mile markers 103 and 144.
