Description:
At 1254 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles west of Mccarty Lake, or 10 miles east of Nugent, moving east
at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Albany, Moran, Nugent, Fort Griffin, Ibex, Hamby, Mccarty Lake, Us-
283 Near The Callahan-Shackelford County Line, and Us-
180 Near The Shackelford-Stephens County Line.
This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 289 and 298.
