At 858 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Wetmore, moving northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down twigs or small limbs and blow around objects. Minor damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Hiawatha, Horton, Wetmore, Everest, Fairview, Netawaka, Powhattan, Hamlin, Willis, and Kickapoo Reservation.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CST for northeastern Kansas.
