Description:
At 853 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Dwight, moving northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to outdoor objects and vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Alma, Alta Vista, Dwight, McFarland, and Volland.
This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 324 and 331.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CST for northeastern
and east central Kansas.
