At 615 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles west of Wakefield, moving northeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail damage to outdoor objects and vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Clay Center, Leonardville, and Green.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CST for north central and northeastern Kansas.
