Description:
At 1006 AM CST, automated weather observations reported gusty showers
over Kasson, or near Mantorville, moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Rochester, Dodge Center, Mantorville, Kasson, Stewartville, Byron,
St. Charles, Plainview, Chatfield, Eyota, Hayfield, Oronoco, Elgin,
West Concord, Dover, Claremont, Marion, High Forest, Wasioja, and
Pleasant Grove.
This includes Interstate 90 in Minnesota between mile markers 206 and
232.
