Regional observations indicate areas of fog across the Southern

Some of this fog is locally dense, with visibilities down to a
quarter of a mile or less at times.
Isolated spots in the deeper valleys may have temperatures at or
slightly below freezing, this could allow for some slick spots on
roads and bridges.
If you will be traveling this morning, be sure to slow down and
be prepared for rapid changes in visibility and the potential for
black ice. The fog is expected to dissipate after sunrise.
