Description: 
Across the upper Hudson Valley including the Lake George and Saratoga region, temperatures have dropped to or below freezing. As precipitation overspreads the area, freezing rain and some sleet was occurring. As temperatures continue to hold steady or fall slowly, ground surfaces will become icy with hazardous driving and walking conditions developing. Motorists and pedestrians should remain vigilant to icy ground surfaces through this evening as freezing rain occurs. Elevated roads such as bridges and overpasses, and highway on and off ramps will be particularly vulnerable to icing, as well as parking lots and other untreated walkways.
