Description:
At 1126 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 15
miles northwest of Golden, or 22 miles northwest of Mineola, moving
northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Mineola, Winnsboro, Quitman, Hainesville, Pleasant Grove, Golden,
Hoard, Forest Hill, Alba and Yantis.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
