Description:
At 1019 PM EST, a strong thunderstorm was located near Lynchburg,
moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning
is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Hillsboro, Blanchester, Lynchburg, New Vienna, Russell, Martinsville,
Fayetteville, Midland, Highland, St. Martin, Westboro, and
Morrisville.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
