At 1034 AM EST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12
miles northwest of Shoals, or 24 miles west of Bedford, moving east
at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Penny to nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Burns City and Indian Springs.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
