Description:
Temperatures are still hovering around the freezing mark across
the I90 Corridor and Syracuse Metro Area early this morning.
Due to rain earlier, wet surfaces may freeze and lead to black
ice.
Be careful for slippery spots this morning, especially on
untreated roads, bridges and overpasses that may contain icy
surfaces. Motorists should be aware of rapidly changing driving
conditions.
The black ice threat will end Wednesday morning as temperatures
rise above freezing.
