Description:
At 139 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles southeast of Aetna to 5 miles northeast
of Mooreland. Movement was east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Alva, Waynoka, Freedom, Dacoma, Alabaster Caverns State Park, Avard,
Capron, Hopeton, and Camp Houston.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
