At 344 PM MST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Rawlins, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Penny size hail and wind gusts up to 45 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Roads, including Interstate 80, may be covered with ice and slick this afternoon. Motorists are urged to use caution. Locations impacted include... Rawlins, Sinclair, Fort Steele Historic Site, Rawlins Municipal Airport, Dugway Campground, Rim Lake, Seminoe State Park, and Carbon County Fairgrounds. This includes Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 205 and 229.
