Description:
At 217 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles north of Ellendale to near Elm Lake to
near Long Lake Colony to 7 miles southwest of Ipswich. Movement was
east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Aberdeen, Mina Lake Rec Area, Hecla, Frederick, Bath, Columbia,
Westport, Deerfield Colony, Grassland Colony, Putney, Wetonka, Long
Lake Colony, Barnard, Houghton, Tacoma Park, Sand Lake Wildlife
Refuge, Richmond Lake Rec Area, and Elm Lake.
Instruction:
