Description:
At 847 PM MDT/947 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers
along a line extending from 2 miles north of Minuteman Missile
Visitors Center to 6 miles west of Wanblee to near Swett. Movement
was east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Martin, Philip, Kadoka, Wanblee, Long Valley, Norris, Tuthill,
Belvidere, Upper Cut Meat, Hisle, Cactus Flat, Harrington, Black
Pipe, George Town, LaCreek North Housing, Vetal, Corn Creek, Sunrise
Housing, Cottonwood, and Eagle Nest Butte.
This includes Interstate 90 in South Dakota between Mile Markers 127
and 163.
