Description:
At 820 PM CDT/720 PM MDT/, severe thunderstorms were located along a
line extending from 6 miles southwest of Fort Yates to near Mahto,
moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated. At 805 PM a 60 mph wind gust was reported
in McLaughlin.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Kenel.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT/1100 PM MDT/ for
north central South Dakota.
