Description: 
The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from noon to 8 PM CDT Wednesday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AFFECTED AREA...In South Dakota, Beadle, Gregory, Jerauld, Sanborn, Brule, Aurora, Davison, Hanson, Charles Mix, Douglas, Hutchinson, Bon Homme and Yankton. * WINDS...South 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
