departing thunderstorms.
* WHERE...Hutchinson County.
* WHEN...Until 2 AM CDT early this morning.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down tree branches. Scattered
power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.
