Stanley, Sully, Hughes, Hyde, Hand, Jones, Lyman and Buffalo.
* WINDS...South 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...15 to 20 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become
difficult to control or suppress.
