At 131 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Aiken Municipal Airport, or 12 miles northeast of Aiken, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Batesburg-Leesville, Ridge Spring, Aiken Municipal Airport, Aiken State Park, Wagener, Pelion, Gilbert, Summit, Monetta, Lexington County Airport At Pelion, Cedar Grove Fire Station, South Shore Marina, Fredonia, Murray, Camp Kinard, Circle Fire Station, Delmar, Hollow Creek Public Park, Hibernia, and Steedman. This includes Interstate 20 in South Carolina between mile markers 18 and 49.
