Description: 
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of central South Carolina, including the following county, Kershaw. * WHEN...Until 830 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 747 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Camden, Elgin, Lugoff and Boykin. - This includes Interstate 20 in South Carolina between mile markers 85 and 98. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Most flooding deaths occur in vehicles. Never drive through a flooded roadway or around barricades. Turn around, don't drown. Report any flooding directly to the Columbia National Weather Service at 803 234 4115 when it is safe to do so.
