Description:
* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central South Carolina, including the
following county, Lancaster.
* WHEN...Until 600 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Rises in small streams and rivers.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 255 PM EDT, Heavy rain that fell across southern Charlotte
earlier today will continue to flow towards and into northern
Lancaster county this afternoon and evening. This will cause
rises on small creeks and streams which are now draining into
larger rivers downstream.

Instruction:
Most flooding deaths occur in vehicles. Never drive through a
flooded roadway or around barricades. Turn around, don't drown.
