* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Charleston County in southeastern South Carolina... * WHEN...Until 500 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 354 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rainfall extending from Red Top and West Ashley south to Johns Island. This activity will slowly move east through run hour. As much as 2 inches of rain has fallen in some areas today. An additional 1 to 1.5 inches could fall through 5 PM. The risk for minor flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas continues. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Johns Island, West Ashley, James Island, Hollywood, Folly Beach, Ravenel, Kiawah Island, Meggett, Wadmalaw Island and Yonges Island.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
