* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Charleston County in southeastern South Carolina... Colleton County in southeastern South Carolina... * WHEN...Until 500 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 304 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with torrential rainfall extending from Jacksonboro east to Ravenel, Johns Island, Wadmalaw Island and Folly Beach. As much as 1 to 2 inches of rain has fallen in this area so far today and an additional 1 to 3 inches could fall through 5 PM, resulting in minor flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Johns Island, West Ashley, James Island, Hollywood, Folly Beach, Ravenel, Kiawah Island, Meggett, Yonges Island and Bears Bluff.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
