moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Nitro, Winfield, Hamlin, St. Albans, Hurricane, Eleanor, Culloden,
Alum Creek, Spurlockville, Tornado, Julian, Teays Valley, Bancroft,
Sweetland, Sod, Woodville, Palermo, Griffithsville, Alkol, and Mud.
