At 438 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Kilmarnock to near Deltaville to Blakes, moving
northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines.

Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 PM EDT for eastern
Virginia.
