miles west of Lebanon, moving northeast at 80 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Kingsport, Rogersville, Norton, Wise, Gate City, Surgoinsville, Weber
City, Church Hill, Mount Carmel, and Coeburn.
This includes Interstate 81 in Tennessee between mile markers 31 and
42.
