Description:
At 321 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles west of
Petersburg, or 12 miles south of Lewisburg, moving east at 60 mph. A
camera on this storm indicates a potential wall cloud, so the
tornado possible tag has also been used. Emergency Management in
Pulaski, TN reported structural damage associated with this storm at
310 PM.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.

Winchester, Lynchburg, Decherd, Estill Springs, Petersburg, Tims Ford
Lake, Sewanee, Mulberry, Chestnut Ridge, and Howell.
Instruction:
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

building.
