* At 317 PM EST, a severe thunderstorm was located near Bellaire,
moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.

Wheeling, Washington, Martins Ferry, St. Clairsville, Bellaire,
Warwood, Bethlehem, West Liberty, Triadelphia, Avella, Clearview,
Valley Grove, Wolfdale, McGovern, East Washington, McMechen,
Bridgeport, Benwood, Yorkville and Bethany.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.

northern panhandle of West Virginia.
