At 706 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Findley Lake, or 17 miles east of Erie, moving east at 55 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Law enforcement. IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. Locations impacted include... Jamestown, Dunkirk, Fredonia, Westfield, Lakewood, Silver Creek, Falconer, Mayville, Clymer, and Long Point State Park. This includes the following highways... Interstate 90 between exits 58 and 61. Interstate 86 between exits 4 and 14.
