At 820 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over George Payne
State Park, moving northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Water Valley, George Payne State Park, Pope, Springdale, Burgess,
Velma, Paris, Oakland, Courtland, Taylor, Shuford, Tillatoba, and
Eureka Springs.
This includes Interstate 55 in Mississippi between mile markers 221
and 239.
