At 958 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 14 miles southeast of Jena to 25 miles south of Midway, or along a line from 40 miles south of Columbia to 54 miles south of Columbia, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Mainly rural areas of Southeastern La Salle Parish.

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds and large hail. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1200 AM CDT for a portion of north central Louisiana.
