* At 840 PM EDT/740 PM CDT/, a severe thunderstorm was located over
Wheatfield, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Tennis ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Knox, Winamac, North Judson, Kingsford Heights, Wanatah, Hamlet,
Medaryville, La Crosse, Ripley, Hanna, Lomax, Beardstown, English
Lake, Salem Heights, Denham, Brems, Clarks, Winona, San Pierre, and
Thomaston.
Instruction:
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
This thunderstorm is capable of producing all types of severe weather
including extremely large hail, destructive straight line winds and
tornadoes. Move quickly to a safe shelter such as an interior room, a
bathroom, closet or basement.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 200 AM EDT/100 AM CDT/ for
northwestern Indiana.
