Pekin, East Peoria, Morton, Creve Coeur, and Marquette Heights around 745 PM CDT. Washington around 750 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include Peoria Heights, Powerton, North Pekin, and Groveland. This includes the following highways... Interstate 155 between mile markers 26 and 31. Interstate 474 between mile markers 5 and 14. Interstate 74 between mile markers 90 and 109.
